Throughout her 20-year international marketing career, Nancy has focused on helping businesses large and small turn complex information into powerful ideas that inspire people to act. Nancy has extensive experience in PR and reputation management and is a pioneer in online marketing, having launched many of Europe’s earliest online and viral campaigns for leading web models including FT.com and Hoover’s Online. Today, her clients in media, finance, business information, and technology continue to benefit from Nancy's non-traditional approach to PR, which aligns with how people create and share information and ideas.
Prior to founding Tannissan Mae, Nancy led a team of 25 PR consultants as Managing Director of Gnash Communications. There, she supported many of Europe’s best young businesses and the VCs that funded them, and helped create the pre-eminent PR company for the new media era. Over two-and-a-half years, Nancy supported many clients through successful exits, including two IPOs and three trade sales and helped build Gnash’s revenues from US$1m to US$5m.
She has also held senior PR roles at the Financial Times, Ogilvy PR, Lois Paul & Partners PR, and Lotus Development Corp.
